Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so that appointments can continue as scheduled. The full appointment fee may still apply.
If this is your first appointment, please complete your client intake form before arriving.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, I will always do my best to find another suitable appointment time.
Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to offer appointments to other clients.

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Where possible, I will always try to be understanding of unexpected circumstances and genuine emergencies.
I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. I simply ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Treatment

Reflexology is a complementary wellbeing practice intended to promote relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information about your health and for letting me know about any changes that may be relevant to your treatment.
I may modify, postpone, or decline a treatment if I believe this is appropriate for your comfort or safety.
You may ask questions, request changes to pressure or positioning, or stop your treatment at any time.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods are: cash, debit, and credit.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, where required.

Client Conduct

I am committed to providing a calm, safe, and professional environment for every client.
I reserve the right to end or decline a treatment where behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise compromises a safe and respectful environment.

Privacy & Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and will treat information you provide to me as confidential, subject to legal requirements and the purposes described in my Privacy Policy.
Information collected through booking, intake forms, correspondence and treatment records will only be collected, used and retained for purposes reasonably necessary to provide and manage your services, or where otherwise permitted or required by law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to your appointment will be the version in effect when you make your booking.
